ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION A 1 unit semi concrete makeshift classroom building for Grade 5
class.
OBJECTIVE Construction of 1 makeshift classroom for grade 5 class.

NARRATIVE Due to the high population of the Gacao Elementary School learners
specially the Grade 5 level. The school is in need with one makeshift
classroom for one of the Grade 5 classes. With this through a
collaborative effort of the School and the SPTA organization, plans were
lay out and it has been approved and agreed upon based on the
resolution that a 1 makeshift classroom will be constructed.
ACTUAL RESULT/OUTPUT Finish and fully functional 1 makeshift classroom.
CHALLENGES The weather factor for it greatly affects the pacing of the work.
ENCOUNTERED
SUSTAINABILITY The result and output of this activity should be kept and be basis for
further and future usage.
