excluded from SHUBHAARAMBH contest EP achievement.
▪ If any advisor have qualified of Total 4 Seats in Mar’24 + Apr’24 then only Cash/Gits choice will be applicable in SHUBHAARAMBH
contest. (An advisor can qualify Maximum 2 Seats in Mar’24 & Apr’24 for Lisbon-Portugal/ Cebu, Philippines / Brazil - Rio de
Janeiro)

Terms & Conditions
1. This Contest pertains to Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Ltd (TALIC)
2. Policies that are cancelled during free look period will not be considered
3. Policies that lapse during the contest period will not be considered
4. TALIC is neither responsible for, nor guarantees the quality of the prize won by the winner and will not be liable
for any loss/ claim/ damage that may arise out of the use or non-use of any prize won by the winner. Any
correspondence in reference to the prize should take place only between the winner and manufacturer/ service
provider. The existence of dispute, if any, regarding the prize shall not constitute any claims against TALIC
5. Transferability and negotiability of the prizes shall be at the sole discretion of TALIC
6. Any change in the Policy Premium Paying Mode will be considered only if the change is effected within the
contest submission period
7. TALIC management reserves the right to modify any/ all of the terms and conditions, including benefits, with/
without prior notice
8. TALIC would be responsible for TDS at the rate prevailing at the time of delivery of vehicle or 5% which ever is
lower. Advisor would be responsible for payment of any additional tax liability in accordance with the prevailing
tax laws.
9. The values of the prizes mentioned are net of applicable taxes
10. Premium mentioned is exclusive of service tax.
11. TALIC reserves the right to withhold/ deny any prizes/ rewards won by the qualifier, if any investigation/ enquiry is
pending against him/ her.

12. TALIC Management’s decision with respect to Prizes & Awards, Terms & Conditions and/ or any other aspect of the Contest
will be final and binding.
13. No Amazon Voucher or any monetary substitute shall be claimed in lieu of non-Amazon Voucher prize & Training Conclave

14. This contest is Applicable for all Talic Advisors.
15. Policies with 10K and above WNBP will only be considered for the Contest.
16. TALIC reserves the right to convert any reward into gift card or gift voucher equivalent to reward price
17. 5% TDS would be borne by ADVISOR as per applicable rate
18. Existing TDS rate is applicable where Advisor has furnished his PAN particulars otherwise a penal TDS rate of
20% will be applicable
19. TALIC will not incur additional cost of 20% due to default at the end of Advisor for non-furnishing his PAN same should be
recovered from Advisor
20. TALIC will bear GST to the extent of 18% on R&R contest for Apr’24
21. Images shown in the PPT is only for depiction purpose and may vary on actual

23. Policy with inforced status will be only considered for reward calculation
24. Second Seat Qualification will be basis approval of Compliance Team.
