PR Overview for The Woman In Me by Britney Spears book signing

Proposed date: June 30th, 2024

PURPOSE: To give Britney a chance to thank fans for supporting her and her career for the last

decade

SNAPSHOT: Britney will be at the Barrett Lakes Barnes and Noble in Kennesaw, Georgia

signing her book, having a press conference, and photoshoot meet and greet.

AUDIENCE: Target audience is Britney Spears fans, Millennials, and older/younger Gen Z

audiences

OTHER DETAILS:

● There will be a VIP Press conference with Britney for the first 75 people to RSVP for the

book signing and media where she talks about her book and answers questions (2 hours)

● There will be finger foods (Sliders, Charcuterie Boards) at the Press conference

● Formal invitations will be sent out to media and the RSVP guests

TIMELINE:

● Invitations will go out May 1st, 2024

● Social Media posts to promote this event will be up by April 15th, 2024

● Food/catering will be booked by April 1st, 2024

TIMELINE OF EVENT:

- VIP press conference: Doors open at 11 am

- VIP Press conference: Britney will begin conference at 11:45 am

- Press conference will wrap up by 1:45 pm

- Book signing: Doors open to general public at 2:30 pm

- Book Signing: Doors to any new guests wanting their book signed will close by

5:30; Britney will continue to sign books for remaining guests in line

- Book Signing hard cut off at 6:30 pm

- All guests will be asked to leave by 7 pm
