Statement of the Problem:

This study seeks to discover and analyze the customer’s loyalty and preferences at Big Brew.

It aims to answer the following questions:

1. What percent of specific customers have made repeat purchases at Big Brew, indicating potential loyalty to the shop?

2. How often does a customer spend per visit to Big Brew?

3. What are the reasons for the customers patronizing their preferred milk tea shop?

Research Design:

In this study, the researchers will use a survey type of research which is an effective technique in finding the loyalty and
preferences of consumers in Big Brew. By gathering insights and data, milk tea shop owners can make informed
decisions on how to improve their customer experience and loyalty.

Sampling Technique:

The researchers will conduct a survey of those customers who frequently visit and spend time at Big Brew.

Respondents:

This simple random technique will be conducted by attaching, listing, and writing numbers of the customer's loyalty
and preferences in Big Brew. Therefore, the researchers will be randomly selecting 50 respondents to ensure its
unbiased probability of the population.

Research Instrument:

In this study, the researchers will be using questionnaires to collect relevant data from respondents in a systematic and
efficient manner. It can be used to analyze and draw insights into various aspects of customer’s loyalty and preferences
in Big Brew.
