51YRS FEMALE HOSPITAL NO: 037737

The above named patient visited the Maitama District Hospital for her routine checkup with
a complaint of a right sided Breast lump. However following a detailed history, examination
and series of investigations she was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (Cancer)
of the right breast , luminal A subtype.

Her diagnosis was confirmed through a tru-cut biopsy of a right breast lump, which revealed
malignant ductal epithelial cells invading desmoplastic stroma. Additionally,
immunohistochemistry studies showed positive expression of estrogen receptors (ER) and
low positivity for progesterone receptors (PR), with a negative status for Her2/neu. This
places her in the luminal A subtype category.

Further imaging studies, including a breast ultrasound and chest CT scan, revealed a
complex hypoechoic mass beneath the right nipple, measuring 2.9cm x 2.8cm, with
associated axillary lymphadenopathy. There were also findings of cardiomegaly and early
thoracic spondylosis.

Given the extent of her condition, She urgently requires comprehensive medical treatment,
including surgical intervention, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. However, the financial
burden associated with such treatment is substantial, and She lacks the necessary
resources to cover these expenses.

Hence all support in providing financial assistance for the commencement of her medical
treatment will be highly beneficial to the overall management of this patient.
