of more than 3000 farmers
in Masinloc hangs by the edge.
It has been more than a week now that these
farmers should have started preparing their fields for
planting but the late coming of rain has prevented
them from doing so. This could also mean an

of Masinloc received one thousand
pesos each as financial assistance from
LGU Masinloc at TNHS covered court
last April 4.
Municipal Mayor Arsenia Jalata Lim
represented by her daughter, Councilor
Hazel Lim, In-Charge of the Education
Committee expressed her eagerness to
help every family and promised that
this assistance will go on as she plans
to create a resolution for it.

thanking the younger Lim in her
endeavor to continue the Educational
Assistance Program (EAP) of the
Masinloc LGU.
Furthermore, PESO Manager of
Masinloc, Mrs. Josephine Barcena also
encouraged the students to be good
in their studies and the parents to
continuously support their children in
her speech.
The teachers of TNHS prepared
a short performance and they also
awarded a certificate of recognition to
the guests of the said program.

School conducts a monthly earthquake
drill which is done every first and third
week of each month.
Students and staff reenact the proper
way to respond during an earthquake,
which is to “Drop, Cover, and Hold “. As
every drill goes on, each class goes to a
designated area. The school’s Disaster
Risk Reduction and Management
(DRRM) Committee coordinates with the
local government unit and the Philippine
Institute of Volcanology and Seismology
(PHIVOLCS) during the said simulations

among Senior High School students last
May 9 at the high school grounds.
Taltalians, headed by Grade 12 STEM
and HUMSS, went all out to be heard
by protesting after hearing the result of
the Pulse Asia Survey that nearly 8 out
of 10 Filipinos support the mandatory
ROTC/CAT.
Rainier Estella, a Grade 12 STEM
student and one of the protesters said,
“Recent surveys have shown huge
support for the return of mandatory
ROTC/CAT, we’re trying to change
that.”
Estella furthermore said that the
country, especially the education sector
has a lot of problems nowadays like
addressing the learning gaps; therefore,
the government should address it first
and use its budget for that instead of
military training.
“Hindi naman siya needed, dapat
mas mag focus yung government sa
ibang needs, at hindi dapat mag focus
sa ROTC,” said Ashley Abaoag, a grade
9 student and one of the protesters.
In a survey conducted by Supreme
Student Government, 90% of SHS
students strongly oppose the return of
mandatory ROTC/CAT and only ten
percent considers joining if there will
be implementation of the program. This
is exactly the opposite of the survey on
the same topic conducted by Pulse Asia.

Today, when schools implemented
face-to-face classes, students’ lives
became a bit easier. We can learn together
in school. We can ask questions with each
other. We can do individual and group
work. We can use school facilities like

if there are students who will say that
they prefer modular classes. I know
that there are some of us who are
introverted and prefer to work alone
in a quiet place. There are some of us

do more if they are working remotely.
There are also some of us that have
part time jobs and are working while
studying. There are some of us who
want to help parents at home because
they have no choice. And I respect
those reasons.
If you are going to ask me what I
prefer, I would readily say face-to-
face classes without hesitation. It is
more enjoyable and I feel that I can
learn more in this environment. It is
away from the distractions at home
like television and gadgets, noise and
house chores so we can concentrate
more in learning.
I am truly grateful that the
pandemic is over. I hope our education
will continue to evolve and be better to

actively participate in community service

These words continue to trend
on social media even in the daily
conversation among millennials.
Without these words, conversations
become stale and boring, and Tagalog
is no different. Similarly, to express
our many thoughts and feelings, we
turned to these slang terms. They did
the job of getting our emotions out
there, and they’re fun to use too!
There are over 180 languages in the
Philippines and many terms continue
to give birth to dialects across the
archipelago. We continue to witness
the emergence of “salitang balbal,” or
language that is casually spoken in the

I work as a tricycle driver, construction
worker and do fishing. I also make
homemade dishwashing liquid. And I am
so glad that my schoolmates and teachers
support my product.
Now that I already have some savings
coming from the money I earned, I
bought a second-hand tricycle which I
think is the most beneficial for me. My
transportation problem is already solved,
also I can use that for my small business.

The JuanaCares booth provided a
space—big enough for people who would
like to try and enjoy their massage
therapy. They also offered manicure
and pedicures services and sold beauty
products such as beauty soap, lotion and
perfumes. This booth is for those who
love to pamper themselves and for those
who want to relieve their stress.
Meanwhile, the team of
JuanaEats&Drinks proudly displayed
their mouth watering food—tempting
every single person who walked past their
booth. They sold bread and pastries that
are freshly baked by Grade 11 and 12 TVL
HE students. They also sold different
kinds of drinks.
The fresh and greenish booth—
JuanaPlants, was also prominent with
its numerous kinds of plants. This booth
is for the plantitos and plantitas of
TNHS who love to collect and take care
of plants. They have varied varieties of
philodendrons, ferns, anthuriums, rubber
in the social platforms, as it rapidly
evolves. They have been acknowledged by
many linguists as a manifestation of the
dynamism of our language, and how this
runs parallel to changes in society over
time.
And here are some of the words and
phrases that the students enjoy using
everyday:
1. Estetik - pleasing in appearance :

the” and “person”. It is usually used to
say what you’re doing or to describe a
person, but it has now become a go-to
random word for even the most unrelated

4. Yarn – slang term for Tagalog word,
“iyan,” which means “that” in English
5. Omsim - came from the word
“mismo,” a Tagalog word that means
“exactly” in English

and the first place was claimed by the
JuanaPlants booth—the winner of the

many of us, students, corresponding to
our social life. Majority of us experienced
mental issues like social anxiety. I
know that I am not the only one who
experiences this. I was used to being
alone and sheltered in the corners of my
bedroom. However, now I know that I
have to fight this fear and live my life.
And always remember that I should not
live in fear from other people’s opinions.

have always been active. You will
never see me in one spot doing
nothing. Whenever there is an
activity, whether it may be a school, a
community or a church program, you will
find me there. I always want to be busy
and involved.
When the pandemic came, I was
uneasy. I cannot go out. I found out that
there are also more things to be done
at home. There are also so many things
to be explored on the internet. I was
entertained. I learned. I became busy. But
only for a short while.
I missed being out.
When this school year came, I came to
realize the things that I have been missing
about. Apart from the regular class, we
get to experience MORE in school. We
had a sports competition. I get to play my
favorite badminton sport with classmates
and friends. There were cheers and yells
of support and encouragement. Streamers
and banners, flaglets and balloons were
made to show support to one’s team.
Everyone was jubilant.
We also experienced having programs
where we can show our talent. We sang
our hearts out. We danced away our
worries. We express ourselves through
of the time, you’ll hear slang more
than read it, but emails and texts
often have many words used in
everyday speech. Some people don’t
like slang because they think it is
rude or wrong, but it is very creative
and shows how a specific language
changes over time. Moreover,

since it can be used in any kind of

It was heart-breaking. The education
that seeks to collaborate suddenly asked
us to self-study. The community that asks
us to unite suddenly wants us to distance
ourselves from one another.
Today, we are slowly getting to see our
previous world. As the schools opened-up
for face-to-face classes, we see the world
in its new form – more wise and more
watchful. It is nice going back to school
and seeing classmates and teachers. It
is good that we get to collaborate with
classmates again in learning. It is pleasing
to learn first-hand from a teacher and
poems, storytelling, modeling and
creating artworks. We create and
everyone loves it.
We had encampments. We became
independent. We also became a
trustworthy part of a group. We learned
life and survival skills. But most of all,
we learned to serve one another.
We had a year-end party. We shared
our blessings through contributing
food and drinks. We enjoyed each
other’s company by singing and dancing
together. We enjoyed simple games and
prizes. We celebrated our friendship
and we are all grateful.
We also had a chance to celebrate
the women of our society. Booths were
put up to show their interests. Women
speakers were invited to share their
knowledge and empower women.
Drawing and photography contests were
held. Everyone was excited to see what’s
new.
There’s more in school than face-to-
face lessons. There is learning how to
express, to relate to others, to interact,
to show one’s talent and to have friends.
Everything is a learning experience
because being in a school is preparing
for life itself.

CANDELARIA DISTRICT HOSPITAL
(CDH) signed a memorandum of
agreement with Taltal National High
School Senior High School (TNHS-
SHS) Department as a Work Immersion
Partner Institution last February 27.
This was the first time that CDH
accepted work immersion trainees
since senior high school was introduced
through the K to 12 reforms in the year
2016 at TNHS.
“Masaya ako na mayroon ding mga
Grade 12 students na makakaranas
magtraining dito. Sana nga ay
makatulong kami sa mga bata at marami
silang matutunan dito,” said Dr. Eduardo
M. Passi, CDH’s Chief of Hospital.

on the Anti-Smoking and Anti-Vaping
Campaign on April 27.
This campaign was held with the help
of the Supreme Student Government
(SSG) of TNHS to support the Masinloc
Ayaw sa Droga (MAD) activity.

Jazmine Hidalgo for the HUMSS strand,
Ms. Mary Jane Porto for Carpentry while
Ms. Klarizza Crisologo for Agriculture.
TNHS-SHS also deployed 155 Grade
12 learners to different LGU departments
and offices, and restaurants for their work
immersion program that took place from
March 6 to March 31. Their deployment
was based on their college course
preferences.
The implementation of SHS physical
work immersion, a required subject for
Grade 12, was earlier suspended due to
COVID-19 restrictions.
“Kaya naninigarilyo ang kabataan,

ang kanilang isip,” said Nurse Ria
P. Eduvane of the Rural Health Unit
(RHU) of Masinloc, Zambales.
She claims that smokers are highly
influenced by peer pressure or having
friends who smoke.

As the nicotine in one vape can
is equivalent to 50 cigarettes, both
vaping and smoking are linked to lung

Bunot with 75 students as recipients at
the TNHS’s clinic last November 18-25.

Grade 11 and 3 Grade 12 students.
Apart from dental extraction, Dr.
Lemque also applied fluoride to protect

According to Lemque the program,
which was done on her birthday, was

“MY FAMILY OWNS a small backyard garden and
we use commercial fertilizers. As years go by, we
notice that the soil fertility decreases. Now we are
opting to use organic fertilizers so we can get the
same results with little to no damage to the soil.”
This was said by Tedy Elacion, a Grade 10 Aristotle
student and one of the members of the research team
who wanted to know the effectiveness of the use of
eggshells and crab shells as fertilizers.
Organic fertilizers and inorganic or chemical
fertilizers are two basic forms. Chemical fertilizers
are used throughout the world because it is more
efficient, and it grows the crops faster because
it is absorbed quickly by the plants. Although it
is beneficial to plants, the overuse of chemical
fertilizers in agriculture will produce a slew of
environmental issues due to the presence of heavy
metals such as cadmium and chromium, as well as a
high concentration of radionuclide. And of course, it
reduces the soil fertility as experienced by Elacion.
“Our group came across a Japanese practice in
organic farming. According to a study, every year,
approximately 3,000 tons of pulverized crab shell
and lobster shell are utilized as organic fertilizer in
Japan. Farmers in Kakamigahara, Gifu Prefecture are
employing pulverized crab shells as a soil supplement
and organic fertilizer,” Elacion said.

a potent larvicidal.
One of the primary vectors of disease in the
neighborhood is frequently considered to be
mosquitoes. By dispersing parasites and viruses,
mosquitoes carry diseases that continue to have a
terrible impact on millions of people in numerous
nations. Mosquitoes are the insects regarded by the
World Health Organization (WHO) as the “number
one enemy” of mankind because they spread harmful
diseases. Zambales alone had 2,045 dengue cases
from January to September last year which were over
a hundred percent higher than the previous year.
Numerous scientists have shown that synthetic
pesticides are effective at preventing diseases spread
by mosquitoes, but they have also been linked to
environmental and human health hazards. These led
a group of young science enthusiasts from Grade 10
Aristotle of Taltal National High School to create a
larvicidal agent that is effective, ecologically friendly,
and organic.
One of the best alternatives to the dangerous
chemicals that destroy the environment is organic
pesticides. Additionally, plant resources are easier
to access and process than dangerous substances
(Mitolympians, n.d). And according to their prior
research, Aratilis (Muntingia calabura) and Sugar
Apple (Annona squamosa) are two examples of this
since these two are said to have larvicidal properties.
Aratilis is a tree with a rapid rate of growth. These
trees are frequently visited by various bird species.
It takes two years for it to develop into a tree that is
three meters tall. It can also reach heights of 25 to
40 feet. Its leaves are sticky. Aratilis fruit are tiny,
around the size of blueberries. Meanwhile, the Sugar
Apple, or Annona Squamosa, is a small evergreen
tree cultivated for its fruit, locally known as Atis.
Used to treat a range of diseases in folk medicine.
Squamosa’s origin is unknown. It is a semi-evergreen
tree that grows in tropical climates (Mangubat, n.d).
The study that was conducted by 10th grade
learners proved that the extract from Sugar Apple
leaves can effectively reduce the growth and
development of mosquito larvae. This is due to
the presence of Acetogenins, a group of natural
compounds found inside the leaves, which are known
to have potent insecticidal activity. In the study, the
extract was able to kill more than 90% of mosquito
larvae within a time span of 24 hours of exposure.
This suggests that Sugar Apple leaves extract has
the potential to be used as a natural alternative
to synthetic larvicides for controlling mosquito
populations.
Aratilis, on the other hand, killed only 20% of

task in their subject Entrepreneurship and
Inquiries, Investigations and Immersion (3Is).
Each section is mainly composed of five
different groups. These groups drafted their
research title and problem that would also fit to
their business plan for Entrepreneurship subject.
Their research and business plan will help them
understand the idea behind a product, and what
methods can be applied to provide support.
Having this information can determine if the
idea is viable and how to achieve success.

Maldia added that the group grounded the crab
shells until it was in dust form. Crab shell organic
fertilizer is kiln-dried crab shell. Chitin is a protein
found in crab shells. This protein composition is what
makes crab shell such an excellent organic fertilizer.
It’s organic and high in nitrogen, phosphorus,
calcium, and magnesium on its own. Because it is
heavy in chitin, it is slow release, which is better
for okra plants. It also helps with worm and fungus
problems in the soil. It induces soil microorganisms
to release enzymes known as chitinases, which
break down the chitin found in nematode eggshells.
Because of this, crab shells can be called a bio-
pesticide (preventing, killing, or repelling). Chitin
protects the plants by giving your vegetables and
flowers a healthy growing process without the use of
pesticides and harmful chemicals.
The group also grounded eggshell. Eggshell is an
organic fertilizer that contains microelements that
plants require to thrive. It aids in the development
of resistance in plants to conditions that can cause
stress, particularly when exposed to direct sunlight
and heavy rains. Eggshells help protect plants
from fungal disease and strengthen their cell walls,
allowing vegetables and plants to thrive in a healthy
way. Eggshells have been proven to be more effective
as fertilizer in vegetables, ornamentals, herbs &
the mosquito larvae. This is believed to be due to
the presence of Flavonoids and Tannins, which
are known to have insecticidal activity. The study
suggests that Aratilis could somehow potentially be
used as a natural alternative to synthetic insecticides
for controlling mosquito populations.
An extraction method was utilized, which involves
extracting chemicals from leaves using a mortar and
pestle. Pressing the leaves of the indicated variables
to get liquids capable of killing larvae. The extracted
material was used along with additional materials
such as the cap of a plastic cup (as a substitute to a
petri dish), clean water bottles (as a substitute to a
beaker), a small measuring cup, and a timer. The
extracts were first placed in plastic bottles and left
for about a day before being transferred into little
caps, measuring 5 ml, 10 ml, and 15 ml, respectively.
Minutes had passed since the student researcher saw
the larvae’s rapid reduction in hyperactivity; they
have become slow and weak. Many larvae died in the
sugar apple extract over the course of a day, with a
small number showing any movement by aratilis.
In conclusion, Aratilis (Muntingia calabura) and
Sugar Apple (Annona squamosa) leaves are two types
of leaves that have been shown to have larvicidal
properties against mosquitoes but both differ when
it comes to effectiveness in killing mosquito larvae.
These properties are attributed to the presence of
bioactive compounds such as Acetogenins in Sugar
Apple and Flavonoids and Tannins in Aratilis. These
findings suggest that these fruits could potentially be
used as natural alternatives to synthetic larvicides
for controlling insect populations, particularly in
agricultural and public health settings. Always take
note of the saying of Benjamin Franklin in 1736, “An
ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

was found out to be effective.
However, despite the proven effectiveness
of eggshells as fertilizer, the use of it has some

t was reported recently that a COVID-19
variant under monitoring of the World
Health Organization (WHO) which is
Omicron subvariant XBB.1.16 is already
in Western Visayas. Moreover, due to the long
weekend last Holy Week, there has been a rise
in the number of cases in the country. With
these news regarding COVID-19, should the
government consider making COVID-19 vaccine
shots annually or biannually similar to flu?
In a public briefing, Dr. Rontgene Solante, an
infectious disease expert, said that vaccination
against COVID-19 yearly or twice a year is
possible as immunity declines over time. If the
“full vaccines” we gave lacked effectiveness,
then an annual or biannual vaccine should be
prioritized especially for the vulnerable groups.
Additionally, Carlos del Rio, president of the
Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA),
supports annual boosters as a step towards
leaving the COVID-19 behind. The Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) is also preparing a
plan to treat COVID-19 in many countries like
the United Kingdom and United States.
Contrary to del Rio’s support to annual
boosters, he added that he was unsure whether
this is the right approach to COVID-19. This
uncertainty was because of the preference of
different countries in terms of vaccines. The US
had decided to use a bivalent booster, which
targets two virus strains: Omicron variants BA.4
and BA.5 and the original SARS-COV-2 virus.
While many European countries had decided
to use a monovalent booster, which targets one

fertilizer is a great alternative to synthetic fertilizer.
It is environmentally friendly, improves soil health,
promotes healthy plant growth, and is cost-effective.

sustainable agriculture and protect the environment
for future generations.

Meanwhile, gold medals have been
spread out to Bulacan, Nueva Ecija,
Tarlac and Angeles City in the secondary
chess player, Daniel Gil E. Eclevia.
In recent memory, she participated
and won chess tournaments this year
alone. Rian had won a chess tournament
in Tarlac this March, as well as claiming
the 5th rank in the National Batang Pinoy
chess competition at Ilocos Sur back
in December. She also participated in
Zambales’ District and Division Meet,
before ending her journey at the Zonal
Meet in DepEd’s annual Athletic Meet in
Central Elementary School last February.
As Rian carries on to gradually develop
her passion and exceptional skills at
chess throughout the upcoming years, her
status as a promising young chess master

Takraw should’ve fared better within
the country’s sports landscape given
its benefits to people who’ve partaken
with the mentioned pastime frequently.
Similar to other ball games, it improves
hand-eye coordination, quick reflexes,
spatial awareness, balance, and social
skills with other people. While popular
ball sports such as Basketball and
Volleyball already give these health
benefits to thousands of Filipinos who
play it every day, adding Sepak Takraw
onto the already broad catalog of ball

despite these recent developments,
TNHS students, Zambaleños, and
Filipinos should continue to support
competitions and venues where Sepak
Takraw is being held alongside other
popular sports in the country, as
seeing it as one of the sport events in
athletic tournaments is saddeningly
still a rarity nowadays. Embracing
a celebrated tradition and staple of
our neighboring country is always
a welcomed concept, as seen in the
current fascination of Filipinos with
American sport games and East Asian
cuisine. Hence, Sepak Takraw should
hopingly and deservingly become a
popular sport within Filipinos and the
country.

forward to the easier route, most student
athletes who are the best players in their
respective teams will be heavily affected
by this move, as they wouldn’t be picked
to represent Zambales if their team loses
in one of the three key athletic meets
to get into CLRAA. If the district ever
decided to continue the recent provision,
then the team that will represent
Zambales will more or less have decent
synergy and teamwork.
Despite team synergy being one of
the defining skills in winning sports
tournaments, most student athlete teams
aren’t composed of players that are up-
par in terms of skills with one another.
There’s always going to be a handful of
players in the team that aren’t that skillful
compared to their teammates, which can
heavily impact the team’s performance in
games. Thus, by going with the previous
method of selecting representatives
in team games, not only are the teams
composed of much stronger players, but
they can also improve their teamwork
and synergy with one another in CLRAA’s
intensive training that lasts for a couple
of months, at best. Synergy can be taught
within a month, but essential sport skills
cannot be learned in a month; it needs to
be taught and practiced for a long period
of time.
Zambales has already proven that it
has quality athletes. It just happened that
this year’s method of athlete selection
does not favor its side because the best
athletes are scattered in different schools
in the province.

It has been an aspiration for Joshua Pecson
to become a “varsitarian” someday that is
why he tried boxing and taekwondo but
it was chess that will help him realize his
dream.

recruited Joshua Pecson,
a student of Taltal
National High School(TNHS),
after three of their varsity
players tumbled against him in
a chess try-out in their own turf
last May 4.
A
s the country joins the 2023 SEA
Games in Cambodia, it has become
apparent that there is a need to revisit
the type of sports we usually compete
with, retain those which have become our main
source of gold medals and consider those games
in which we have discovered opportunities for
elevating our rank.
In the past and even until now, our country
spends more effort in terms of training and more
budget for games where we do not actually excel.
We are wasting a lot in placing contingents in
these games yet we are not gaining that much.
Looking at the current gold standing of the
country, we can see that there are games where
we are young and relatively new and yet we can

Pecson, a Grade 12 HUMSS student who just
happens to be with the team during that day tried to
play a match with one of UB’s topnotch varsitarian
and luckily defeated his opponent in a specially
timed game. Curious whether it was just luck, the
coach of Team UB matched his second player and
the latter suffered the same fate as his team mate.
This time, Team UB’s coach can not believe what
happened and matched Pecson with his third player
once and for all. All of them failed to knock Pecson
out from the table game.
Curiosity turned into eagerness on the part of the
coach of the university as he offered the young chess
player from TNHS a slot in the UB Chess Team.
Time To Change Perspective
already see that these games can be the new source
of more gold medals for us.
These games are not even played in our schools,
in our regional tournaments and even in our
national games. What about if we assign these
games as part of basic school sports? The earlier we
do such step, the bigger the possibility of mastering
such games.
It is time to wake up and accept the fact
that we can not be good in all types of
sports. Why don’t we just harness
our athletes’ skills in those sports
where we really are the masters.
As the great saying goes “A person
who is jack of all trades is a master
of none”.

Pecson accepted the offer and went to the tryouts
where the coaches saw his play and was impressed
as the TNHS student defended well against the
university’s best chess players.
“I feel nervous and excited because this is a
new chapter in my chess career and I fear that my
competition is also going to be strong. That’s why I
will train harder than ever before,” Pecson said in
an interview.
Pecson is assured of 100 percent free tuition fee,
allowances, accommodation and all other perks
a prestigious university could offer to a talented
player as soon as he graduates from TNHS.

more and dominates chess tournaments in straight
top 1s from school-based intramurals to Zambales
Provincial Meet.
Swept a complete 4 ½ points during 5 games
with only 1 tie accompanied by Lorenz Eviota with
a total of 4 points and was only defeated one time
by Eclevia after agreeing to a draw, results on
taking all of the baits during the intramurals. For
that, they had proceeded to the district meets.
Eclevia found his tie during the district meet; he
had taken steps forward with Daniel Rei Eclevia
of Northern Zambales College in the zonal meet,
who’s an old friend from Taltal National H/S after
they both agreed to tie up to a score of 5 ½.

A
fter almost three whole years since
the last region-wide athletic meet
was held, the highly anticipated
Central Luzon Regional Athletics Association
(CLRAA) had finally been realized.
Before the pandemic hit, the different
municipalities of Zambales determine their
athletes through District, Zonal, and Division
meets. Yet it seems that in this year’s athletic
tournaments, the provincial athletes have
taken an undesirable slump lately; given
Zambales’ record of 15 gold medals this year,
a significant difference from its record of 30
gold medals last 2019.

Bataan’s. Most of the said coaches arguably
blamed the recent revision in determining the
athletes that’ll represent Zambales in CLRAA:
where the respective school team that won
the sports event will represent a certain
district at the next stages of the tournament,
as opposed to the past years’ method of
selecting best players in each school and then
forming a team to represent their district in
the next stages of the sports event. Hence,
accounting the mentioned abrupt change for
re-evaluation in preparation for next year’s
CLRAA should be one of Department

other opposing players during the zonal meets.
He then proceeds through the provincial
meet accompanied by his once opponent from
Candelaria Zambales. Eclevia finally finishes all
5 games without a tie and once again, triumphs
on top 1.
Eclevia will be joining the CLRAA meet in
Chess Category and will be held in Nueva Ecija
on April 24-28. He will be out of class and will
undergo training with his Coach, Sir Ferdinand
Domansi, in Zambales National High School at
Iba for 1-2 weeks.
“For CLRAA, I’m just gonna play it stable,
play it simple, calm myself and take care of my
health” he said.
