DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Good and Services" means the Goods and/or Services as specified on the specific invoice and on the completed Registration Form;
1.2 “Purchaser" means a learner that has paid and registered for a specific Skillfull course.
1.3 “Skillfull” means the supplier of Goods and/or Services, as specified on the Registration Form.
2. GOODS AND SERVICES
2.1 Skillfull agrees to provide the Goods and/or Services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
2.2 By responding to the completed Registration Form, by delivering the Goods and/ or rendering the Services as Identified therein, the Seller will
be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
3. PASSING OF RISK OF LOSS AND OWNERSHIP
3.1 Skillfull will not be liable for any loss of goods rendered.
3.2 In the case of lost documents an Admin fee and/ or replacement fee will be charged.
3.3 All courses are not REFUNDABLE.
3.4 The maximum time frame to complete the course registered is twelve months from registration date, upon which the course automatically
expires. (Unless alternative arrangements have been made and approved by the management of Skillfull).
4. PAYMENT
4.1 The Total amount of the course will be indicated on the invoice.
4.2 Unit prices are per course. Upon Registration half of the invoice amount is payable.
4.3 A payment option of 4 or 6 months is available and must be stipulated on the Payment Agreement form.
4.4 All outstanding balances must be settled upon the above agreement or date of examination (as per payment agreement plan)
5. DELIVERY
5.1 Learning materials will be couriered within 5 working days (unless circumstances arise out of the control of Skillfull)
5.2 The learning material will be couriered to your physical address.
5.3 The Purchaser will be notified of the Tracking Number for parcel via sms or E-mail.
5.4 Postage fee will be charged in the case of failure to collect parcel at designated given address.
