 TYPE CM2 OIL-­IMMERSED
ON LOAD TAP CHANGER
CM2  type  vacuum  on-­load  tap  changer  contains  a  diverter  switch  
and  a  tap   selector.   It   adopts   vacuum   switching   technology   in   the  
transition  circuits  of  the  diverter  switch.  And  the  tap  selector  is  of  a  
reliable   structure   continuously   improved   by   Huaming   and   proven  
in   long   term   operation.  This   tap   changer   is   applicable   to   power  
transformers   or   industrial   transformers   with   highest   equipment  
voltage  of  40.5kV~252kV,  max.  rated  through  current  three  phase  
600A,   single   phase   1500A,   and   frequency   of   50Hz/60Hz.  Three  
phases  CM2  will  be  put  at  the  neutral  point  of  star  connection,  and  
single  phase  is  applicable  in  any  connection.

CM2  type  vacuum  on-­load  tap  changer  not  only  can  be  applied  in  
new  transformers,  but  also  interchangeable  with  the  conventional  
type   CM   and   CMD   of   Huaming,   type   M   and   type   ZY1   of   other  
suppliers   at   site.  This   unique   interchange   technology   marks   tap  
changers'  new  vacuum  era.

CM2   type   vacuum   on-­load   tap   changer   will   strongly   stimulate  

applications   of   vacuum   on-­load   tap   changers   all   over   the   world,  
thus   improve   the   reliable   performance   of   power   network   and  
greatly  reduce  the  maintenance  cost.
