LEARNING INSIGHTS

I learned from the reporter that the Planning & Project Management , the
process on how to handle things through planning. All will start on planning because it
is the first thing to do when you have a project.
According to her, choosing in advance what has to be done, when it needs to be
done, how it should be done, and who will execute it is the core managerial function of
planning. After that the Project management follows to develop of software for
improvement.

I believed that there’s always time for Planning, the reporter discussed about the
time of plan for Strategic Management Cycle. When we say cycle it evolves point to
point, it means it benefited all that surround for Management cycle because it is the way
to prosper once there is a process or strategy, most especially the tactics for
development.
She expressed the definition of planning but it must be realize that we plan.
Sometimes people are good planning or system analysis without any application or
action. And I like this quote “ Action speaks louder than voice” just like “ To see is to
believe.

this reporter know very well her topic because I learned this new Basic
Education Plan 2030 of Department of Education from our President Ferdinand Marcos
Jr. that the purpose is to give the need of the learners to move on from the Pandemic.
This is the first long time plan of the department to face the challenge the quality of
education.
She continued to shared that Prior to presentation and adaptation, the Basic
Education Development Plan for 2023 underwent many feasibility tests. The BEDP
2023 should apply to all flagship projects at the regional and divisional levels.

The reporter was very intelligent in terms on his topic because He inculcated the
knowledge when he reported. He begins with a question that amazed us every time he
throw the words. I always to said to myself ,I wish I could do also his guts.
He discussed all the stages in education planning like Stage 1. Environmental
Scanning and Data Collection and Stage 2. Setting our Objectives. And he leaves the
question How to I sustain the process? Simply, the entire process should be repeated
every year. Our plan can be continually extended by one year thanks to an annual
planning process. Our school thrives because we are able to foresee changes and
opportunities and to prevent hazards. We do this in every manner possible to make sure
that the members of the school community have a greater grasp of the directions and
problem.
