Dear Sir,
Sealed quotations are hereby invited by the Executive Engineer, Vidarbha Hydro Electric & Lift lrrigation
Division, Nagpur - 440003 for the following work.
The quotations shall reach to this office from 06-03-2024 to f3-O3-2O24 up to 15.00 Hrs. and will be opened
on same day if possible.

chequered plates, rods, bars, MS pipes, etc. for panel board
or any other purpose with bending, cutting, drilling and
welding complete erected at the position with necessary
materials duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two
coats of enamel paint to match the switchgears or as per
directions by the a uthority.

Terms and conditions
1) The quoted rate shall be firm and inclusive of all taxes, duties, transportation up to site except GST.
2) Quotations shall be valid for 60 days from the date of submission of quotations.
3)The work shall start immediately after issue of work order & complete within 15 days from the date of
work order.
4) The payment will be made after satisfactory completion of work & as per availability of funds.
5) Copy of PAN card shall be submitted.
6) GST for the work will be paid after submitting documentary evidence of GST paid and deduction will be
as per prevailing GR.
