Greetings of peace!

The Thema Arts Society in partnership with the Office of Culture and Arts – Alangilan will
be conducting their first public art exhibit. “LATAG 2024: Layers Unveiled, The Art Gallery” with the
theme “Byaheng Ala eh: Brushstrokes meets diversity celebrating through art”. This exhibit will be
held at SM CITY BATANGAS on April 26-268, 2023 from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. The exhibit will
highlight the Fine Arts Students’ Thesis and the best artworks and paintings, in order to promote not only
The Batangas State University- The National Engineering University’s competence in the field of Arts
and Design, but also aspiring persons with skills, talents, and potential to shape the world we live in.

With regard to this, we humbly request that the student volunteers and exhibit participants of the
said event be excused from classes on the said dates. The organization also reminds the latter to be
mindful of any activities they have from their subjects. Attached herewith is the list of participants of
“LATAG 2024: Layers Unveiled, The Art Gallery”.

Your gracious granting of this request would be instrumental to the success of our attendance to
this exhibit.
