The objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are:

1. To carry on the business of sales, marketing, implementing, professional services support,


market research, consulting, supporting & operating all kinds of software technical services
towards online consumer-generated content (CGC), a software as a service platform used for
various applications, comprising online and mobile-optimized website, mobile applications,
social network, in-store kiosks, physical in-store displays, printed flyers, email and other
forms of online and offline media.

2. To establish, maintain, and operate sales and marketing channels, including but not limited
to online platforms, retail outlets, direct sales teams, and distribution networks, for the
efficient promotion and distribution of products and services.
3. To organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and
conferences related to sales, marketing, and business development, either as an exhibitor,
sponsor, or participant.
