Earlier vide order dated 04.09.2023, two weeks' time was granted to
comply the order.
Petitioner is not getting the benefits of the order dated 12th October,
2022 passed in W.P. No. 4403/2022 despite order in specific terms has been

passed by this Court.

It appears that respondents are casual in their approach regarding
compliance. On the other hand, petitioner has specifically pleaded that he is
going to have marriage of his daughter solemnized in coming days therefore, he
needs money.
Considering the fact situation and the casualness of the respondents, it is
hereby specifically directed that Chief Engineer Water Resources Department
'Yamuna Kachar', Thatipur Gwalior shall immediately pursue the matter in
person or through special messenger and coordinate with the Engineer-in-Chief

Water Resources Department Bhopal and respondent No.3 R.K.Chaturvedi,

otherwise, on the next date of hearing, in case of non-compliance, respondent
No.2 and 3 shall have to remain present.
List this case in the next week.
It is made clear that respondent No.2 means Chief Engineer, Water
Resource Department Yamuna Kachart Thatipur, Gwalior, whoever holding this
post at present.
