How to access the Zoom Meeting Room

1. The PPP Center shall provide the Zoom meeting link (Item 1) and meeting credentials
(Item 2) such as the samples provided below. You may log in to the meeting room
using either access points.

2. You may click on the meeting link or copy the link in your preferred browser (Google
Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc.) which will direct you to the screen
below. Click Launch Meeting.

3. For those who prefer to manually input the meeting credentials in the Zoom application,
you may open your zoom application, sign-in to your account and then click Join.

4. Alternatively, you may directly click Join a Meeting without signing in.

5. You will be asked to initially enter the Meeting ID and your Name. Kindly be guided
that the preferred format for participant names is Agency/LGU_First Name, Last Name.
This will allow the organizers to easily recognize and properly address you during the
OCBA.

6. You will then be asked to enter the meeting passcode which is also included in the
meeting credentials provided by the PPP Center training team.

7. Upon successful launch of the meeting using the link, or upon successful input of the
meeting credentials, you will be redirected to the waiting room lobby. Kindly wait for
the host to admit you to the meeting room.

8. Once admitted to the meeting room, please note the available meeting room functions
that you may utilize for you to be able to maximize your learning experience. Please

refer to the house rules provided in observing proper etiquette in using the zoom
meeting room functions.
