“RESOLUTION PROVIDING FUND OF SEVENTY – FIVE THOUSAND (PHP75,000.00) PESOS AS

PAYMENT FOR EVENT ARRANGEMENT EXPENSES TO MS. ROFIL MAE MOSCOSO RILLO,
OVERALL EVENT COORDINATOR/ ORGANIZER, FOR THE PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF
OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE (PCOM) MIDYEAR CONVENTION 2024”

WHEREAS, the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine (PCOM) SOCCSKSARGEN Chapter will be
hosting the 21st PCOM Midyear Convention 2024 on October 2 to 5, 2024 wherein preparations/ pre – event
activities and arrangements are set to initiate;

WHEREAS, there is a need to release fund to cover the initial expenses incurred by the Event Coordinator/
Organizer in the conduct of pre-planning, preparations, coordination and among others to successfully
implement/ execute the Midyear Convention;

WHEREAS, an allocation of Php 75,000.00 pesos is deemed appropriate to cover the initial costs where
official and/ or acknowledgments receipts will be attached by the Event Organizer for transparency and
liquidation purposes only;

WHEREAS, the PCOM SOCCSKSARGEN are required to remit the amount of Php 75,000.00 pesos to Ms.
Rofil Mae Moscoso Rillo on February 21, 2024 as partial payment for the PCOM Midyear Convention 2024
expenses;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the undersigned officers of PCOM SOCCSKSARGEN are hereby
authorized and directed to take all necessary actions to implement this resolution, including the execution of
any documents necessary to collect and manage the initial fund to cover the expenses of the PCOM Midyear
Convention 2024.
