➢ Players Meeting 2:00 Pm (April 6th 2024 – Saturday)
➢ First Round starts @ 03.00 P.M.

➢ Swiss System will be followed

➢ 45 minutes with an increment of 5 seconds per move starting from move one each
➢ Players must write the score sheet
➢ Players must bring their own Chess Sets & Clocks if possible
➢ Number of Rounds, Schedule & Tie Breaks will be announced at the Tournament Hall
 ➢ Only Coimbatore District register players are eligible to participate
➢ Participation in District selection is mandatory for attending Tamil Nadu State
Championship in their respective categories without which the entries will not be
recommended even as Special entry

➢ Top 2 rankers both Boys and Girls separately from Under 7,9,11,13,17 & 25 and Top
4 rankers both Boys and Girls separately from Under 15, 19, Women & Open category
will be selected to represent Coimbatore District in the forthcoming Tamil Nadu
State Championship in their respective categories

❖ All the players should produce a copy of Birth Certificate (Obtained from Municipal
corporation only and registered within 1 year from the date of birth)and a copy of
residential address proof to the organizers
❖ Organizer (Coimbatore District Chess Association) reserves the right to accept or
reject any entry without assigning any reason thereof
❖ Chief Arbiter’s decision will be final and binding
❖ All participants will get participation certificate

CDCA registration Rs. 75/- is compulsory for the year 2024 – 2025
REGN. FEE CAN BE PAID at the Venue along Date of Birth Certificate
