“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENHANCED BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PLAN (EBDP) CY 2023-2025 OF

BARANGAY POBLACION ZONE I, DEL GALLEGO, CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Plan (BDP) sets the government’s strategic directions for the next three (3) year
action and details its priority sectoral and cross-sectoral programs and projects consistent with the barangay’s vision:
“Ang Barangay ng Poblcaion Zone 1 at isang barangay na may mataas at lubos sa larangan ng pangangalakal, na
may puso, takot sa Diyos, na may nakikilahok na komonidad, malinis na kapaligiran na isang kaliwanagan at
mapagkakatiwalaan na namumuno..”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council together with the CSO representatives and the various sectors of this
barangay had conducted an enhanced barangay development planning process to formulate a plan truly reflective of the
sentiments of the community;

WHEREAS, the herein programs and projects identified had also been prioritized and ranked according to the immediate
needs of the barangay;

WHEREAS, the barangay development council is optimistic that funding of some of the programs that have been
identified could be sourced externally and the Sangguniang Barangay could make resolutions to that effect;

WHEREAS, as a mandatory requirement of the Local Government Code of 1991, it is imperative that this plan should be
approved and adopted by the Sangguniang Barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Allan C. Seda duly seconded by Sangguniang Barangay
Member Albrain N. Pardo, be it

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to endorse the Three (3) year Barangay Development Plan to the Sangguniang
Barangay for approval and adoption;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the Sangguniang Barangay and other offices and
officers concerned for their information and appropriate action.

Subject: Constitution of the Barangay Development Council of Barangay Poblacion Zone I.

Pursuant to the Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 and its implementing rules
and regulation, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) of Barangay Poblacion Zone I, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur is
hereby constituted as follows.

Section 1. Composition- the Barangay Development Council (BDC) shall be composed of the following:

Section 2. Function of BDC- The BDC shall have the followings:

1. Mobilize people’s participation in local development efforts
2. Prepare Barangay Development Plans Based on local requirement.
3. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of national or local program and project and;
4. Perform such other function as may be provided by law or complete authority.
Section 3. BDC Executive Committee- The BDC Executive Committee shall likewise be constituted with the following
composition

3. ASUNCION C. CADICOY Representative of NGO ( Religious Organization)
Section 4. Function of the BDC Executive Committee- the BDC Executive Committee shall have the following composistion
1. Ensure that the decision of the council are faithfully carried out and implemented.
2. Act on matter requiring immediate attention or action by the council
3. Formulation policies, plans and program based on the general principles laid down by the council, and
4. Act of other matters that may be authorized by the council
Section 5. Secretariat- The BDC Secretariat shall be created, composed by the following.

Section 6. Function of the BDC Secretariat-The BDC Secretariat shall have the following function:
1. Provide technical support to the BDC
2. Document of the Council’s proceedings
3. Prepare of the Council’s report and
4. Other assistance as may be required in the discharge of the function.
Section 7. Effectivity- The order shall take effect immediately.

WHERAS, The Barangay Development Council has endorsed for approval and adoption by the Sangguniang Barangay

WHEREAS, after review, the said Barangay Development Plan, as attached, is found to be aligned with the development
policies of the Barangay Government and the City/Municipal Development Council;

Subject: Constitution of the Barangay Development Council of Barangay Poblacion Zone I.

Pursuant to the Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 and its implementing rules
and regulation, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) of Barangay Poblacion Zone I, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur is
hereby constituted as follows.

Section 1. Composition- the Barangay Development Council (BDC) shall be composed of the following:

Section 2. Function of BDC- The BDC shall have the followings:

29. Mobilize people’s participation in local development efforts
30. Prepare Barangay Development Plans Based on local requirement.
31. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of national or local program and project and;
32. Perform such other function as may be provided by law or complete authority.
Section 3. BDC Executive Committee- The BDC Executive Committee shall likewise be constituted with the following
composition

31. Formulation policies, plans and program based on the general principles laid down by the council, and
32. Act of other matters that may be authorized by the council
Section 5. Secretariat- The BDC Secretariat shall be created, composed by the following.

WHERAS, The Barangay Development Council has endorsed for approval and adoption by the Sangguniang Barangay
the three (3) year Barangay Development Plan (2023 - 2025) for Barangay Poblacion Zone I, Del Gallego Camarines Sur;

WHEREAS, after review, the said Barangay Development Plan, as attached, is found to be aligned with the development
policies of the Barangay Government and the City/Municipal Development Council;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Allan C. Seda, duly seconded by Sangguniang
Barangay Member Hon. Frank Manuel C. Dia;

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Poblacion Zone I, Del Gallego Camarines Sur, in session
duly assembled, as it is hereby resolved to approve and adopt the Barangay Development Plan (2023 - 2024) as endorsed
by the Barangay Development Council;
