Following our previous discussions and in line with Trigo's expanding needs, I am pleased to
present an enhanced proposal for providing on-site Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) services.
Recognizing the scope and scale of your requirements, I propose to bring an additional PDR
expert to ensure comprehensive coverage and efficient service delivery over a minimum
period of 6 weeks. This proposal outlines the revised terms, scope of services, and financial
agreement for our engagement.

1. Overview

This enhanced service offering includes two experienced PDR technicians (myself included)
for on-site evaluation and repair of vehicles at your client's location. We specialize in
addressing A, B, and C type dents, leveraging advanced PDR techniques to restore vehicles
without compromising their original paintwork.

2. Scope of Services

Dent Categorization: Our services will focus on repairing dents categorized as A, B, and C,
defined as follows:
Type A: Minor dents with no paint damage, easily accessible, up to the size of a coin.
Type B: Moderate dents with no paint damage, moderately accessible, larger than a coin but
smaller than a palm.
Type C: Larger dents with no paint damage, may require more time and technique to repair,
larger than a palm but not stretched or severely damaged.
Types D and E (not covered): Dents with paint damage, stretched metal, or those requiring
traditional body shop repair methods due to size, location, or severity.
Duration: The initial engagement period will be for 6 weeks, with the option to extend
services at INR 60,000 per additional week.
Work Hours: Our services will be provided 8 hours per day, with scheduling to be agreed
upon in advance.

3. Financial Terms

Fees: The total fee for the initial 6-week period will be INR 325,000, with subsequent weeks
charged at INR 60,000 per week.
Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required to secure our services, with the
remaining balance due before the completion of the work and our departure from the site.

Billing Period: Our billing will commence from the day of departure from Pune until our return
to Pune, encompassing all work days.
4. Travel and Accommodation

Responsibility: All travel (inter-city and within-city) and accommodation arrangements and
expenses for both technicians will be borne by Trigo.
Details: This includes airfare or train tickets from Pune to the site location and return, local
transportation for daily commute and any work-related travel within the city, and suitable
lodging near the work site.

5. Terms and Conditions

Liability: We will not be liable for any pre-existing damages or for any claims arising from
dents categorized as Types D and E, which are beyond the scope of PDR.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be notified at least 7 days in advance.

Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled start date will result in forfeiture of the advance
payment.

Quality Assurance: We guarantee high-quality workmanship and will address any concerns
related to the services provided within the scope of our engagement, during or immediately
after the completion of our work.

6. Acceptance

To proceed with this enhanced service offering, please provide a signed copy of this
proposal as a formal acceptance. We are committed to delivering exceptional PDR services
