Respected Madam
With reference to the above we wish to submit that we have applied for grant
of license to develop a commercial colony at Village Handiaya-D, District
Barnala to your office on … . CLU for commercial use for … acres has already
been granted to our project.
Through this letter we wish to submit the updated plan of the site. At this point
we draw your attention to letter no….. issued by the Dept of Housing and
Urban Development. As per provisions of the letter, we wish to add XXX acre of
land to the project area for which CLU charges as applicable shall be payable
by us as per your demand. Other charges as applicable as per the said policy
and rules may please be intimated to us for payment.
All other mandatory requirements have already been fulfilled by us and
submitted to your office. We shall fulfil any further information sought by your
office as and when sought.
