designed for debugging and testing a wide range of embedded microcontroller platforms

extended with the addition of our IOM6 Accessories, enabling the synchronous capture of
analog and digital signals in parallel to trace information. Such capability is used for
advanced debugging of complex applications together with our winIDEA Integration
Development Environment (IDE)
2. Part No: IC57166 – [Active Probe Infineon SGBT (HSTCU)]-This debug adapter is used to
connect the iC5000 and the iC5700 BlueBox to the Cortex-M based target. It’s used to
connect to the embedded target featuring a 20-pin 2.54 mm pitch target debug connector
with the Cortex-M pinout. Its operating voltage range is 3.3V - 5.0V.
3. Part No: IAHSTCU-SAM22 Adapter HSTCU (USB-C) -> This converter is used to connect the
Infineon SGBT (HSTCU) Active Probe with the USB-C connector to a target featuring Samtec
22-Pin ERF8 debug connector with 22 Pin
4. Part No: IAHSTCU-DAP10 -> Adapter HSTCU (USB-C) -> DAP10 1.27 (cable) -> -> This
converter is used to connect the Infineon SGBT (HSTCU) Active Probe with the USB-C
connector to a target with DAP 10 Pin
