A HBTP
The liver is normal in size with a craniocaudal span of cm with smooth borders and sharp inferior
marginal angles. It has a homogeneously normal parenchymal echogenicity. The intrahepatic
ducts are not dilated. No mass is noted.
The common bile duct is not dilated and measures about cm at its widest AP diameter. No
mass/lithiasis seen.
The gallbladder is normal in size and configuration, measuring cm (L x W x AP). Its wall is not
thickened and measures cm. No mass/lithiasis seen.
The pancreas is normal in size and measures as follows: head- cm; body- cm; and tail- cm in its AP
diameters, respectively. Its parenchymal echotexture is homogeneous. The pancreatic duct
not dilated. No mass/calcification is seen.
REMARKS:
SONOGRAPHICALLY NORMAL LIVER, BILIARY TREE, GALLBALLDER AND PANCREAS.
