Title :Cleaner

Purpose : Cleaning of gas turbine during incoming inspection, repair, and after
repair by means of grit blasting, hand grinding, chemical cleaning, ultrasonic
cleaning, etc.

Reports To : Shift Supervisor

Basic Functional Responsibilities :

1、Cleaning of gas turbine during incoming inspection, repair, and after repair by
means of grit blasting, hand grinding, chemical cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, etc.
2 、 Cleaning requires high skill levels and prudence. If performed wrongly,
cleaning can cause significant damage.
Supervises : No supervising role.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities :

1、Determining if parts are cleanable by means of grit blasting;
2、Removing dirt, degraded layers, and coating from gas turbine parts by means
of grit blasting, hand grinding, chemical cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, etc.
3、Finishing gas turbine parts my means of grit blasting or glass bead blasting;
4、Reporting non-conformances to direct superior;
5、Performing effective self-control of quality;
6、Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
7 、 Drain out and Re-generate the chemical cleaning tank according to the
applicable work instruction.

1、Supervisor;
2、Production engineers;
3、QC;
4、Fellow operators.

Qualification / Competence :
1、Secondary technical education;
2、Having ambitions to be a good craftsman;
3、Ability to work effectively and follow instructions;
4、Ability to train new cleaners;
5、Good knowledge of English language;
6、Good interpersonal skills;
7、Performing effective self-control of quality;
8、Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
