We have to release Mz only in case of secondary beams resting on main beams. Here we have to go for
fundamental concepts. Member forces are always with reference to local axis only.secondary beam is
perpendicular to main beam and moment to be released is in local xy plane. Due to load on secondary
beam moment Will develop on local Z axis which is Mz. Hence it should be released in order to avoid
torsion on main beam.
