 I have skillful experience and expertise in, Education, Mobilization of communities, child
protection, and safeguarding policies; inventory strong Christian with ability to uphold the
organizations values and objectives.

 I am an extremely positive and motivated with a keen sense of drive and enthusiasm for
work. I am a strong believer in the importance of success in a team society and can
function well as a team player. I have interpersonal, customer social-focused skills with
ability and confidence at all levels.
 I enjoy challenging role and can work well in a busy and pressurized environment and readily
accept responsibility and change. I am an achiever and take pride in any duties. I undertake

February 2022 attended a progress v4 training with UNHCR and DANISH REFUGEE COUNCIL in

April 2022 attended ABIP training with UNHCR and Danish Refugee Council in Arua for a period
of 1 week

June 2020 attended a best interest procedure training (BIP) in kyangwali refugee settlement.

July 2019 attended a case management training and parenting without violence with Save The
Children in Rwamwanja refugee settlement.

April 2014 attended a leadership training at kyankwanzi leadership training institute.

WORKING EXPERIENCE

January 2022 up to date work with Danish Refugee Council /HADS as a protection assistant -
child protection in kiryandongo refugee settlement under UNHCR funding.

 Conducting Best Interest Assessments and supporting them corresponding to their


different needs.

 Implementing activities in line with the established child protection protocol.

 Identification, documentation and assessment of critical children.

 Creating a good relationship between Dannidh Refugee Council and other


implementing partners.

 Identifying critically affected children to different service providers.

 Identifying children with protection concerns and directing them to different service
providers

 Conduct best interest determinations for children identified with serious protection
concerns

 Ensure proper and timely documentation of all child protection and response initiatives
undertaken
 Provide regular feedback to the child protection officer on progress, lessons learned,
achievements, gaps, issues and problems.
