District, devoted and dedicated Board Member of the same District, the Hon.
Board Member Edgar R. Capuchino, brilliant and highly respected father of our
province, Isabela the Hon. Gov. Rodito T. Albano III, inventive and unparalled
vice governor of our province, the Hon. Vice Gov. Faustino S. Dy III, high-
powered and project-oriented figurehead of our municipality, the Hon. Mayor
Roberto T. Lungan, the personable and friend of all vice mayor of our
municipality, the Hon. Jhon Paul S. Azur, active and supportive members of the
Sangguniang Bayan who are with us today_________________________ , the

Fevelyn J. Acupan, to my fellow educators, visitors who are here with us today,

Today, it is a great entitlement vested in me, to introduce to you, a high caliber
and famous personality. He was born on June 30, 1989 at San Mariano Isabela,
He is the son of the father on the municipality of San Mariano, Isabela the Hon.
Mayor Edgar T. Go and his better half a beauteous woman the former
Congresswoman Ana Cristina G. Siquian – Go, and a brother of our Hon. BM Ed
Christian S. Go with a sister Paula Cristina Go Almalvez.
Talking to his educational attainment, he finished his elementary grade
at___________________________, __he completed his High School grade at
St. Joseph College of Quezon City and he finalized his career at San Beda
University with the degree of __________________________.
After he perfected his career, he thrown himself into politics last May 13, 2019
election, when he defeated Luisito Cumigad of the ruling PDP-Laban and
Elizabeth Felipe of the Nationalist People’s Coalition, with a landslide victory.
Since he seated in his legislative thrown and at present, he is the Vice
Chairperson, House Committee on Appropriations. He authored 151 Laws, Bills
and Resolutions, and here are some: House Bill No. 1371- An Act Creating a
Passport Processing and Issuance Center for every province. House Bill No.
1372- An Act Converting the Provincial Road Stretching from Barangay Mabini-
Pintor-La Union, in the Municipality of Gamu to Mangcuram-Lullutan, City of
Ilagan, all in the province of Isabela into a National Road. House Bill No. 4389-
An Act Establishing a Science High School Campus in the municipality of Reina
Mercedes, Isabela. House Bill No. 4390- An Act Criminalizing the Malicious
Authoring, Publication and Dissemination of Fake News on Social Media and
other Platforms. House Bill No. 4391- An Act Providing the National Energy
Policy and Regulatory Framework for the Use of Electric Vehicles and the
Establishment of Electric Charging Stations. House Bill No. 1368- An Act
Establishing the Philippine Corn Research Institute and Appropriating Funds
Thereof. House Bill No. 1369 -An Act Establishing the Mandatory Drivers
Education Program in The Senior High School Curriculum, Amending for the
purpose Republic Act No. 8794 as Amended, The Law Imposing the Motor
Vehicle Users Charge. RA 11509- An Act Establishing A Medical Scholarship and
Return Service Program to all Deserving Students.
