MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement is entered into by and between, FEVELYN J. ACUPAN, Principal-II,

represented herein as School Head, MALUNO INTEGRATED SCHOOL-MAIN, a public educational
institution, with school address at Maluno Sur, Benito Soliven, Isabela herein after called the FIRST
PARTY and CHRISSELLE MAE M. GERARDO of legal age, Filipio, single/married and a resident of
Maluno Sur, Benito Soliven, Isabela herein after called the SECOND PARTY,

WITNESSETH THAT:

1. That the entire country is under a state of calamity and/or national emergency due to COVID 19
pandemic;

2. That pursuant to DepEd Order No. 7, series of 2020 there will be no face to face classes for the
SY 2020-2021 until such time that COVID-19 is contained through medicines and/or vaccines reason for
which the FIRST PARTY undertakes to conduct distance learning modalities (DLM);

3. That under the DLM, teachers will be required to attend to orientation and training activities,
prepare instructional materials, plan organized classes, and conduct classes through either; (a.) Online
Learning; (b.) Modular Learning; (c.) Learning through TV; (d.) Learning through Radio Broadcast; and/or
(e.) Combination of any two (2) (from a-d);

4. That due to the volume of work of teachers under DLM per DepEd Order No. 7, series of 2020
there is a need for Teacher Volunteers (TV’s) to bridge the gap between teachers and learners, pupils and
students and to assist DepEd teachers during these times of national pandemic;

5. That TV’s shall be open to all interested qualified teacher applicants subject to the following
terms and conditions:
a. That TV’s shall render voluntary work for not more than three (3) hours for at least (3)
working days within the week;
b. That there will be no compensation for the work rendered however, such hours of work
rendered will be credited as points during the Division Assessment for Teacher-1 in the Division (see Sec.
7.2 Teaching Experience (TE) per D.O. No. 7, s. 2015, - TV’s earn .15% as TE for every month of
voluntary work rendered);
c. That the TV’s shall assist teachers with learning modalities;
d. That TV’s shall collect the Learning Activity Sheet (LAS) and Self Learning Module
(SLM);
e. That TV’s must at least be living within the vicinity of the school where he/she will
intend to serve;
f. That TV’s must abide by the health protocols in the Division and/or DepEd, of the
different LGU’s, the Provincial Government of Isabela and the IATF;
g. That TV’s shall render no other work except as herein provided.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES hereunto have set their hands this 21st day of September
2021 at Benito Soliven, Isabela.
