1. About the document


1.1. Background
The Purpose of the Future Process Model Document is to outline the details of the business
processes and supporting solution resulting in a common and comprehensive picture of the
project’s scope of relevant processes.

The Future Process Model identifies the complete set of events to which the business responds
in order to meet its objectives, describes the future processes that the business performs in
order to respond to each of the events, and identifies each of the steps in those processes.

The Future Process Model is a pre-requisite for the CRP 2, Testing (UAT), creation of end user
documentation and Training Materials.

1.2. Audience
This document targets the business users of IPDC and the supper user team and focuses in
career development module.

1.3. Objective
The objective of this Future Process Model document is to identify, understand and agree the
processes and activities that will be supported by Oracle Fusion system.
