MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement executed this 25th day of March 2023 in Baguio City, Benguet, by and among:

Ruben R. Balangue married to Leonila Y. Balangue both of legal age, with postal address at 248 Evangelista St Road 2
Leonila Hill Baguio City, herein referred to as the FIRST PARTY;
and

Elmerito R. Balangue, Evelyn R. Balangue, Evangelyn R. Balangue, Eden R. Balangue, all of legal age, and single with
postal address at Marikina City, herein referred to as the SECOND PARTIES;

WITNESSETH:

Whereas, the FIRST & SECOND PARTIES are the heirs of a said property under their parents Ernesto Balangue and Milagros
Balangue;

Whereas, the SECOND PARTIES are the siblings of the FIRST PARTY and they acknowledge and assign the latter as their
authorized signatory for the documents needed to transfer the title among them.

That this agreement shall not in any way be construed as WAIVER OF OWNERSHIP to the FIRST PARTY.
