SOP FOR LEARNERS ON THE COMMENCEMENT FOR THE SESSION 2024-25
Dear Parent
Greetings!!!
It is indeed heartening to see our learners scaling new heights with their sincere efforts. As you all know that the new session is
commencing from 3rd April 2024, the school is ready to welcome our effervescent learners in the campus with great zeal and zest.
Kindly go through the following instructions and guide your ward accordingly to ensure their safety and smooth functioning of
the school.

Arrival Time
Grade 1 and 2: 7:50am (Gate No. 3A)
Grade 3, 4 and 5 7:50am (Gate no:4)
Learners have to reach school on or before the allotted time after which the gates will be closed.
Relieving Time:
Grade I 1.00 pm. (Gate no: 3 A)
Grade II 1.15 pm. (Gate no: 3)
Grade III 1:15 pm (Gate no: 4)
Grade IV 1 :25pm (Gate no: 3)
Grade V 1:25pm (Gate no :4)
 Teachers or attendants will be there at the gates to receive the learners. Please hand over the learners to them. No
parent is allowed in school premises.
 The Learners will be given PAL card. The parents have to fill the details, paste the photographs and return it for
verification and stamping to the Class teacher. The learner will be handed over only to the person whose name is
authorized in the PAL card.
Cardinal Instructions

 Any change in name, address, mobile number can be made at the HR office only. No such change will be accepted by
the teacher unless approval is received from the HR office.
 If the child goes by Private van or Rickshaw, please introduce the person to the class teacher at the time of relieving.
 If you have availed bus facility, then also first day you have to drop and collect your ward by yourself.
 The introductory pages of the Chronicle have to be duly filled and submitted with the class teacher.
 The learners must wear old ID cards with proper school uniform with proper crew cut (For boys) and neatly tied hair (for
girls).
 The parents to carry old PAL cards for picking up their wards.
 All books and notebooks should be properly covered with transparent sheets only and should be labeled with black
permanent marker.
 Send 2 pencils, eraser, sharpener, crayons and pencil colors every day.
 Send 1 fruit (cut) in a separate box along with healthy food with spoon/fork in the tiffin box.
 Avoid sending junk food.
 Kindly follow the time table strictly and send books according to it.
