“A letter of complaint”

Dear Sir,

Last week, 30 August, I purchased a red stainless steel bottle water and in the ad it said that
came with a silicone protector as a present. The bottle cost $1499 and the protector $249.
After I bought it, I was able to communicate with a person from the sales department in
order to choose both colors of the bottle and the protector. There was not any problems and
I was treated cordially. My order had to arrive in about five days.

Ten days passed and my order had not arrive yet. I wrote them a private message to find
out what had happened, however, I did not receive a response. Few days later, I tried to
communicate by telephone, but I could not. I decided to wait. Twelve more days passed,
and I received a notification that my shipment was on its way. I thought that I was not
going to have more problems but I was wrong. When my order arrived, it was not
complete. It had arrived only the bottle and the protector was not in the box. I complained,
but again, there was no response.

I have never bought in your shop, but I have seen that you have a lot of good comments and
good experience for the buyer. I have also seen that they are one of the best stores and with
the best reputation on the website. I hope you will be able to solve this problem soon.
