TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. All passengers must present valid photo identification (international passport, driver's license, voter’s card, or national ID) at physical sales, check-in, and boarding gates.
2. Physical check-in begins as follows.
a. Domestic Flights: 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure and closes 45 minutes before scheduled flight departure.
b. Regional Flights: 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure and closes 60 minutes before scheduled flight departure.
c. International Flights: 6 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure and closes 75 minutes before scheduled flight departure. For London route, Check-in counter opens at 5am and closes at 9am.
Arrival of passengers after 9am will NOT be accepted
3. Baggage allowance is as follows:
a. Domestic Flights: 15kg in Economy Class and 30kg in Business Class. Baggage in excess of the specified weight is subject to a fee of N1000 per kilogram to be paid at the Airport.
b. Regional Flights: 30kg in Economy Class and 40kg in Business Class EXCEPT FOR DAKAR which is 46KG in Economy Class and 64KG in Business Class, and Banjul which is 30KG in Economy Class
and 60KG in Business Class. Baggage more than the specified weight is subject to a fee of $6 per kilogram to be paid at the Airport.
c. International Flights: 2 pieces of 23kg each in Economy Class and 2 piece of 32kg in Business/First class except for Dubai which is 2 piece of 25kg each in Economy Class and 2 piece of 32kg in
Business/First class. and London route which is 2 piece of 23kg each in Economy Class, 2 piece of 25kg each in Premium Economy Class and 2 piece of 32kg each in Business/First Class. Baggage in
excess of the specified weight is subject to a fee of $100 per bag to be paid at the Airport for Johannesburg and $150 per bag to be paid at the Airport for Dubai.
d. For London Route, Baggage in excess of the specified weight shall be subject to excess baggage fees. Extra 1 - 9 kg beyond the baggage allowance will be charged at $20 per kg. Extra 10kg and above
beyond the baggage allowance will be considered as the third bag and charged at $150 per extra bag of 23kg or 25kg or 32kg. The fourth and subsequent additional bag will be charged at $200 per bag
of 23kg or 25kg or 32kg.
4. Other baggage requirements.
a. Infants pay 10% of the adult ticket fare in all Classes and are entitled to a maximum of 10kg of luggage in either Economy class or Business Class. This infant luggage can be checked in or used as carry-
on baggage.
b. Each Adult or Child passenger is allowed to carry only one piece of hand luggage weighing not more than 6kg in Economy class and 10kg in Business class with a size not exceeding 45x33x20 cm in
addition to a carry-on purse or handbag or Laptop.
5. All cancellations, modifications, and no-show charges will be as per the fare conditions for the selected fare class.
6. Full fare paid tickets are valid for 1 year from the first intended travel date but are subject to modification fees if booked flights are not cancelled before date of departure.
7. Fees may be payable for flight modification on full-fare paid tickets except in cases where the original flight is canceled by Air Peace.
8. Pregnant women are required to present a medical report certifying them fit to fly while pregnancy carriage limit on Air Peace flights is 32 weeks.
9. All voluntary refund requests on refundable tickets will be honoured less 25% of the original ticket fare. Economy Non- Flexi tickets are Non-Refundable.
10. Passenger Service Charges (QT Tax) will be collected from the Passengers at Uyo airport by the airport authorities.
11. A Book-on-Hold Transaction fee (between N0 - N1000 or 0 GHS - 10 GHS) per passenger (excluding infants) applies. Exact amount depends on the time when the reservation was made and the time
of flight departure.
12. Our compensation for lost luggage is limited to 20 USD per kilogram.
13. You are required to conduct yourself in an orderly manner on the course of your travel with us.
