really hard and now i can give you two predictions

If i take an optimistic viewpiont, i think in 2050 hanoi will become a liveable city. Interms of
transport the city authorities will promote advanced techonology to build greener and faster means
of transport. Which makes people’s life more comfortable. In addition the city dwellers will be
encouraged to use public transport system to reduce traffic jams. Interms of environment, The
goverment will also grow more trees and encourage people to use renweable natural resoures for
energy. Which make the city cleaner and greener.

But if i tanke an pesimistic viewpoint . I think that the city will not be a safe place. Because the
government cannot control the use of private cars. People’s life will also continue with threatend
traffic accidents and environmental problems such as air and noise pollution. Consequently, Global
warming will have great. impacts on the city
