Handbook will help you navigate your way in Warsaw during the next three days. The Handbook is also
meant to enable you to plan your stay accordingly. That way you will be well equipped with a pleading
schedule and an overview of fellow Team Members you will face in the oral rounds during the Pre-Moot.

We are thrilled to host you at our university – the University of Warsaw – and wish you a nice and

International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration
(China), Energy Disputes Arbitration Center(Turkey), Riga Arbitration Court (Latvia), Qatar
International Center for Conciliation &amp; Arbitration (Qatar) and Arbitration Foundation

other.

completed their state exam together and started to specialize in Commercial and Corporate
Law. Now, they decided to return to the Vis Moot to lead this year’s team: not only to
success in the Moot Competition, but also to the best experience of their studies,

Agata Zwolankiewicz, LL.M. is an internationally trained lawyer with experience in commercial and
civil law, including private international law. She handles international and domestic arbitration

Warsaw. She graduated from the University of Silesia and holds an LL.M. with a focus on
international investment and trade law from the University of Ottawa. She is currently a PhD
Candidate at KU Leuven and a trainee advocate with the Warsaw Bar Association.
She is an active member of the arbitration community in Warsaw and is a founding member of the
Poland Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (Poland VYAP).
