You will need to arrive at the testing center 15 minutes prior to your exam time. You will be required to provide the Exam Proctor two (2) forms
of identification (one must be a government-issued photo ID) along with your Test Taker Authorization Code (listed below).

**Please note: You must bring your Test Taker Authorization Code or the Proctor will not be able to load your exam.**

Books, papers, notes or devices with memory capabilities (laptops, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), text-enabled pagers, voice recorders,
calculators, etc.) will not be permitted in the testing room. Personal possessions such as cellular phones, briefcases or backpacks may be
collected by the proctor, stored in a secured area, and returned after the test session. Contact your testing center for more information.

The testing center is located opposite to DLF Building. Free parking is available near the testing center (Opposite).

Cancellation and Reschedule policy:

Customers who wish to cancel or reschedule without any additional fees can do so as long as a minimum of 72 hour advance notice is given
prior to the scheduled start time. Customers can make the change on their own by logging into their Webassessor account and clicking on the
details of their scheduled exams and then clicking on the "Reschedule" or "Cancel" button. If you would like to cancel your exam and a voucher
code was used, please email certification@salesforce.com to be issued another one. If the 72 hour window has passed, customers will have to
pay $75 to reschedule per contract agreement. To do so, please email certification@salesforce.com. Cancellations or Reschedules are not
accepted by phone.

If you do not take the exam at the scheduled time and do not cancel before the scheduled time, you will be charged the full exam fee.

The above policy excludes the Certified Technical Architect review board exam cancellation and reschedule requests which require a minimum
of 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date and time.
