Why the aadhar and bank a linking status showing technical exception everytime.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our notice.

Your Service Request Number (SRN-S2087582111000) has been registered with us. Please find below our response against
your query:

Query 01 (Subcase Id: S20875821110002022120604230401)

Resolution:
Aadhaar Linking status is fetched from NPCI Server. Under any circumstance, UIDAI shall not be responsible or liable for
the correctness of the displayed status. Further, UIDAI is not storing any information fetched from NPCI server. Please
visit Check Aadhaar/Bank Linking Status tab under Aadhaar Services under My Aadhaar Tab. You will be required to give
Aadhaar number and do Aadhaar OTP authentication on your mobile registered in Aadhaar database. The link is also
available in various other Government websites. https://resident.uidai.gov.in/bank-mapper if mobile number is not captured
in Aadhaar database or the Aadhaar is suspended or cancelled, the aforesaid link will not work. Alternatively, Banks have
also launched checking this through MicroATM services by doing bio-metric authentication. Aadhaar holder has to visit a
microATM, give Aadhaar number, and provide his /her bio-metric (finger print or IRIS) for Authentication. If
authentication is successful they will come to know name of Bank where Aadhaar is linked.
