Enclosed is a listing of the job titles for the positions to be affected and the number of affected employees in each job classification. The terminations will be permanent in nature and are precipitated by a non-renewal of contract. There will be approximately 225 employees affected by this notice. The affected employees are represented by a union. There will not be any bumping rights for the affected employees, that is, employees will not be able to displace more junior employees out of their job positions because of this closure.
