Guidelines for parents / Guardians

1. Parents are urged to see their children wear neat and clean clothes, come to coaching on time, do
their studies regularly completing all the assignments and using their daily time table constructively.
2. Parents must not provide valuable things, excess money and electronics gadgets to their children.
3. Parents are requested to cooperate our institute in developing our students to become the good
citizen of our country by obeying a disciplined life in the family and society.
4. Parents are requested to make students encourage cooperation, harmony and peace maintaining
a cultured environment in the family and the society.
5. Parents must pay the course fees of their children regularly in time in order to provide better facility
to the students in our educational institute.

Guidelines for Students

1. All the students must reach the coaching on time.
2. All the students must attend classes, programmes and activities promptly and regularly in our
coaching center.
3. They should be courteous, polite to teachers, administrators, institute personnel, visitors and their
respective parents / guardians.
4. Be neat and clean as well as maintain the cleanliness of classrooms, walls and premises of our
institute.
5. No mobile phones or any kind of electronics gagdgets are allowed in the class without prior
permission. They must submit those devices before entering the classroom.
6. Students must carry only the required books, notebooks and other materials during the class.
7. Any student found guilty of forgery or misuse of our institute documents, records, credentials, and
furnishes false information about the institutions, its officials, faculty members or student shall be
expelled from the institution. The course fees will be forefeit.
8. Students should not leave his/her seat without permission of the subject teacher.
9. When asked to answer a question in class, a student must answer clearly and respectfully.
10. Loud, forced, and boisterous laughter and other sources of disturbing noises are not allowed in the
campus. Students must maintain silence and focus/concentrate for better study.
11. Anyone found guilty of threatening, rowdism, coercion, inflection of injury or participated in any
illegal activity shall be subjected to suspension and other disciplinary actions.
12. No littering and no chewing gums. Garbage should be disposed properly in the trash cans and not
to be thrown anywhere else in the institution premises.
13. Smoking, alcohol consumption, chewing tobaccos, taking drugs or possession of deadly weapon
is prohibited.
14. If possess obscene or immoral literature and do immoral acts, any student caught in any kind of
illegal possession shall be immediately suspended or expelled from the institute with other
disciplinary action. the fine amount may be upto INR 5000.
15. All the students must complaint/suggest to the authority only before sharing their grievances before
their parents or any outsiders. All must work to increase the name and fame of our institute.
16. When wrongly blamed or misunderstood, a student should talk to the teacher concerned privately
after class. They must do it respectfully and never for publicity.
17. Don’t cheat during examination. don’t help or exchange any kind of materials with others during
examination. if caught fine upto INR 500 will be imposed.
18. Going to restricted area, plaza, recreation centers, and internet shops during class hours are not
permitted.
19. All the students must report regularly and communicate with the authority without fail.
20. All the students are advised to maintain a proper daily time table with a sincere, honest and disciplined
lifestyle to become a good citizen of India.
