User Manual for IRN and QR code Generation through JSON

► JSON is a file format which we are using to generate IRN number and QR code in Our ERP tax invoice .
► Below processes are meant for the guidance to END user for uploading the ERP invoices to GST portal .

A) JSON download and data filling for uploading :

i) Execute the T-code ZSD_EJSON and select Radio Button “Einvoice Download “ and Execute .

ii) Fill in the data as per the requirement (If want to see data mode wise or plant wise or document type wise or
customer wise ) and Execute .

2) JSON uploading for IRN generation and QR code generation :

i) Enter same T-code ZSD_EJSON and select highlighted radio button (Einvoice upload) and execute .

ii) Select highlighted radio button as per your subsidiary and select your JSON file to upload and execute .

Important Notes :
1) If Unit of measurement of a material billed is other than TE (Ton) , then execute T-code ZSD_UOM and map the GST unit and description with
SAP unit in the transaction .

2) If in case user wants to upload legacy ODN (Coalnet ODN) at GST portal then in that case after downloading the excel file , change the SAP ODN
to Coalnet ODN in excel file and then upload .

After that execute the T-code : ZSD_ODN_MAINT and map SAP ODN against COALNET ODN with sales org .
