SCHEDULING A JOB FOR CORRECTIONS OF /SCWM/CHM_LOG

This document is prepared to explain how corrections of /SCWM/CHM_LOG can be performed

automatically with the help of scheduling a job.

The EWM Check Monitor (CHM) is a tool to help identification and correction of data inconsistencies.

How to use /SCWM/CHM_LOG transaction code:

Click on Ad-Hoc button.

Enter the related filters of which inconsistency wants to be checked. For example, the stock

data of storage bin 0020-002 is checked.

When it is executed, system finds an error, a missing entry. Manually, this can be corrected by right click
on the line. I will show you how we can make this correction automatically.

Set the filters and click on save button.

In the pop-up, a check monitor profile and its description are defined. After that click on save button.

2-Program: /SCWM/R_CHM_PRF_RUN

Execute the program.

Enter the defined check monitor profile in the 1st step and click on save button.

Name a variant and save it.

When the program is executed with related check monitor profile, /SCWM/CHM_LOG log can be
reached. Here, click on save button.

Define a check log name and save.

Execute the program.

Enter the check log name defined in 2nd step and check monitor profile in 1st step. Click on save button.

Name a variant and save it.

When the program is executed, the corrections are made by the system. We will be making this
correction automatically.

When the jobs are scheduled with program and variant, the system will correct any inconsistency with
specific time intervals when it is occurred.

/SCWM/CHM_PRF.
