Re: Waiver of Liability as Coach

Sir:

Good day!

I, Maricar B. Manango, am the Secondary Boys Swimming Coach for the upcoming CVRAA
2023 and a Teacher I at Taytay Integrated School. I'm writing to let you know that I'd like to
release myself from all obligations and liabilities as a swimming coach.

I have an ailing mother which has been hospitalized recently. She needs immediate care
from time to time. If anything goes wrong back home, I might not be able to carry out my
responsibility as a coach.

Fortunately, I requested Mrs. Gerstle Corazon Duarte, a successful swimming coach and a
teacher at RMDSF-STEC, to take over for me, and she gladly consented. Mrs. Duarte has
provided all the required paperwork regarding her participation in the said event.
