ABSTRACT

The escalating use of motor vehicles on a global scale, driven by the expanding population, has resulted in a
substantialincrease in road accidents and fatalities. To counteract this issue, a proposed system aims to enhance
emergency response efficiency, ultimately increasing the chances of patient survival. Developed with Android
software, the system incorporates a heart beat sensorand accelerometer for accident detection, transmitting data
through a Bluetooth module. Additionally, This systemutilizes vehicle-installedunit to automatically notifypre-
programmed ambulance rescueteamsupon accident detection, employing, vibration sensors and GPS tracking.
In the event of an accident, the system utilizes a GSM modem to promptly dispatch a brief notification to the
rescue team.,providing precise locationcoordinates. A patient monitoring system in the ambulance relays vital
parameters tothe concerned hospital, offering a fully automated solution for locating accident spots and expediting
hospital arrival.
