• Place the machine in transport configuration on level ground and safely.

• Start the engine and set to minimum rpm (about 1500 rpm).
• Make sure that the coolant (indicated by the arrow and the blue circle) is at operating
temperature (approximately 75 °).

• Remove the protective cover on the mudguard near the engine if present.

• Locate the “INTERLOCK” connector (A) with the description “REGEN-

INTERLOCK”, remove the cap (B) on the connector and insert the “INTERLOCK”
connector (C) supplied with the machine.

• Press the button (D) to move to the “DPF STATUS” screen.

• Press the button (F4) under the word “FORCE” for 3 seconds or until the word
“ACK” starts flashing.
• Release the button (F4) “FORCE” for 1 second.
• Press the button (F4) under the word “FORCE” again or until the word “ACK”
remains fixed.
• Release the button (F4) “FORCE”.

During the procedure the engine increase the rpm independently.

• At this point the operation was successful. Leave the machine on until all the warning
lights have cleared and the engine returns to idle speed (this phase takes about 40 - 45
minutes) during which it IS FORBIDDEN TO SWITCH OFF AND / OR OPERATE
THE ENGINE.

Al termine della rigenerazione rimuovere il connettore “INTERLOCK”, e rimontare la

protezione sul parafango.

ATTENZIONE, TALE PROCEDURA È DA CONSIDERARE COME UN INTERVENTO

STRAORDINARIO.
