Exceptional individuals join Antler before

the inception of their company to find a
co-founder(s) and raise their first
institutional capital. We support these
founders through co-founding team
formation, idea validation, personalized
coaching from serial entrepreneurs and
ecosystem experts, access to the world’s
largest-growing community of like-
minded entrepreneurs, and a first
investment of INR 2 crores for 9% of
equity.

Early teams with an idea are also

welcome to join Antler Residency. Teams
are generally at the stage of validating
their idea, building the early product, or
gearing up for launch. Teams looking for
a third co-founder are also welcome to
apply. We help teams with idea
validation, dedicated expert sparring
sessions, industry connections, and a
strong local & global network. This
residency runs in parallel to the one with
individual founders but may include a
potential early Investment Committee
meeting as early as Week 4 with fixed
terms of INR 2 crores for 9% of equity.
