General Manager
He is the General Manager of the company. He gained experience with his
services in Saymak Koll. Company and Ayvaz Incorporated Company Regional
Directorate, and served as a board member in the Chamber of Mechanical
Engineers and Turkish Society of HVAC and Sanitary Engineers. He still serves
as the chairman of the committee at the Adana Chamber of Industry.

HAMDİ HOPLAMAZ
CO-FOUNDERS Sales and Marketing Director
OF He is the Sales and Marketing Manager of the company. He implements his
experiences to his own company after working as the Machine Energy Manager
BARIŞ of Başer Textile for many years, which is one of the largest textile companies in
Mediterranean region, . He served as the member of the board of directors of
the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers. He is currently a board member of the
Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacturers Association and Adana Regional
Representative of the Turkish Cogeneration Association.

ŞABAN ÖZMEL
Manufacturing and Contracting Director
He works as the planning manager of contracting projects. Previously, he
served as the maintenance chief for many years at the Marsa Yağ Incorporated
Company which is part of Sabancı Holding.
 In order to respond to the needs of the Marmara Region, Mediterranean
Region, Black Sea Region, and Central Anatolia Regions as quickly as possible,
we have established the Marmara Regional Directorate in Istanbul in 2022. In
addition to the technical support that our teams in the region can provide, we
also offer supervision services, making it possible for industrial facilities to be
more efficient.

MARMARA Export and Marmara Region Sales Manager
REGIONAL Metin Filizci, who graduated from Yıldız Technical University Department of
Mechanical Engineering in 1990, has more than 30 years of experience in
DIRECTORATE steam/heating processes of industrial enterprises in Turkey and abroad. Filizci
has worked in sales manager and sales director positions in national and
international companies.

Caner Demir, who graduated from Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University, Department
of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering in 2013, has worked on the
establishment of new facilities and the improvement of existing facilities in a
way that energy efficiency in the steam-heating processes of domestic
enterprises.

Advantages of Cogeneration

It is possible to increase the energy usage efficiency up to 90% in total.

Quality electricity is produced.
With a single point to grid connection (parallel mode), the plant is not affected
in case of a possible electrical failure.
Efficiency is higher due to no transmission and distribution loss.
User loss and leakage fee is not paid.
Negative effects such as reactive energy and compensation are reduced.
The generator requirement is reduced.
Thanks to high efficiency, external dependency in terms of fuel is reduced.
Thanks to the increased efficiency and the use of natural gas, low greenhouse gas is
produced, thus reducing the carbon footprint of the facility.
