Evo® Sil JH

Function Silicone softener with extremely good stability to jet application; for all fabrics
made of natural and synthetic fibres and their blends

Properties - This new type of silicone softener gives a very soft, semi-permanent finish
with good smoothness.

- Suitable for use on Jets

- Hardly impairs the rub fastness of reactive dyeings

- Does not impair whiteness at temperatures up to 150 °C

- Suitable for wool yarns

Application

Evo Sil JH is a self-dispersing silicone softener with excellent properties for

application on jets and padding units.

Exhaust application
Dyeing jets, overflow units, winch becks, jigs:
2-4 % Evo Sil JH
pH: 4.5 - 5 (acetic acid)
Liquor temperature: 20 - 35 °C
Treatment time: 10 - 30 min
Dry at 110 - 150 °C

Wool yarn in wound packages:

1-3 % Evo Sil JH
pH: 4.5 - 5 (acetic acid)
Liquor temperature: 25 - 35 °C
Treatment time: 15 - 30 min
Alternating liquor circulation

Pad application
1 g/l acetic acid 60%
20 - 40 g/l Evo Sil JH
Liquor pick-up: approx. 70%
Dry at 110 - 150 °C

Spray application
WEKO rotor spray unit
1 g/l acetic acid 60%
50 - 500 g/l Evo Sil JH
