Project Description:
This project basically is an ERP project, called as Jewelry manufacturing system. It is a web based application
which is used to capture manufacture of various categories of items with n number of designs based on customer
orders, and also to manufacture bulk orders to keep up inventory level for certain items which are in demand in the
market. This project involves various stages of Jewelry manufacturing starting from Design, Planning, sales, pre-
production, production, job card, vendor issue, receipts and finally item delivery.
Planning department receives the customer orders and bulk orders from sales department to manufacture the items
based on the customer requirement with specific designs which are already in the catalog and for customer special
orders, only respective items for that orders are captured with images for which designs are yet to create.
After moving each job card to respective departments to manufacture the items, finally it will be moved to Locker stock
where all the finished items are stored. These finished items or goods are delivered to respective customer against to
their order by generating delivery challans. Finally Sales bill will be generated against to customer orders.
Comprehensive and flexible reporting allows data to be output in a variety of formats.
