From: Project Coordinator, To: VIII Semester Students/All Faculty Members of

CSE CSE Dept.

All the VIII sem students are hereby informed that the progress of project is scheduled on 4th
April, 2024. All students communicate with their guides and be present at 2:00 PM for
presentation and project progress status to the respective Faculty guide. Please
find/understand the Sample project report to prepare the final project report from your
concerned guide.
The presentation will remain in physical mode only and location will be in labs, the
detailed location will be shared you on the same day.

Guidelines:

1. Presentation should be of 15-20 slides and 10-15 minutes.

2. Attendance is compulsory to all.
3. Presentation must be prepared in the specified format.
4. Candidate must appear in formals.
5. Candidate should also carry one hard copy of the registration form.
6. Candidate should also carry one hard copy of the synopsis.
7. In case of any un-usual circumstances, if the candidate is unable to appear, he/she
must take prior approval from the Project coordinator/HOD.
