1. The Contractor shall produce samples before procurement of the material for approval of the Architect for all
materials required for Works. The material of the makes out of the above as approved by the Architect shall
be used on the work

2. In respect of materials for which approved makes are not specified as above, the same shall be decided by
the Architect and shall be as per sample got approved from the Architect before procurement.

3. The Contractor shall submit samples of all materials in advance for approval.
