Option I: Data Shared by Brand


Brand shares data of stake holders with RewardPort. RewardPort will auto register the stakeholder and
send a Welcome SMS with login details and program benefits

Option II: Self Registration ( via SMS/ WhatsApp)


Brand shares details with stakeholder explaining the benefits of the program. To enroll for the program
the stakeholder will SMS/ WhatsApp their details on a dedicated long code. On successful registration,
they will receive a welcome SMS with log in details.

Option III: Self Registration ( via Website)


Brand shares details with stakeholder explaining the benefits of the program. To enroll for the program
the stakeholder will visit the website and self register .On successful registration, they will receive a
welcome SMS with log in details.
Point Accruals

Ways to Earn Points

Option I: Led by Brand


Each month Brand shares the stakeholder wise sales data. RewardPort converts the sales data to points
using a predefined SKU wise algorithm. Points are uploaded into the stakeholders account. Stake holder
is sent an SMS with details of this points earned and total points earned till date.

Option II: Led by Stakeholder


Stakeholder receives unique coupons against their order placed. To earn the points, stakeholder can use
the following options to earn points;

a) Loyalty Website: Stakeholder logs on to the loyalty website and enters the unique code. RewardPort
system will validate the unique code and display details of points earned.

b) SMS* : Stakeholder will send an SMS in a pre described format to a dedicated long code. RewardPort
system will validate the unique code and send a confirmation SMS of the points earned.

Stockiest Loyalty Program
Program Brief-

Challenge- MSD ran QPS programs which were managed by their internal team, but they faced an issue where stockiest would stock all
the products to qualify for the scheme and then the business went low after the schemes were finished. Also later they faced another
problem of stock returning back to the company.

Objective- MSD wanted to launch a program which was effective not only in terms of cost but performance as well. They wanted to
boost their stockiest purchasing power for a longer period of time, and this time to avoid piling of stocks at the stockiest end, they
wanted to plan a program in a better way so that there is healthy participation from all the stockiest across the country.

Idea- Rewardport suggested to split the point redemptions into various categories like
• Consistency Points- To mark the consistency of the stockiest
• Bonus Points- To push any particular SKU/ During the special days like festivals, Birthdays etc.
• Growth Points- To track and mark the growth of each stockiest from the previous quarter/ financial year.
• Base Point- To motivate Stockiest to buy more stock from the company on regular interval.

Other key details- MSD also connected with the Stockiest at a personal level, by sending Movie tickets to every stockiest on their
Birthday’s/Anniversary.
