their families. Therefore, they do not have time to play with their children.

On the other hand, this problem also has many solutions. First and foremost, the
first typical solution is that parents should encourage their children to go out. Children
should take part in outdoor activities and sports because it helps them stay healthy and
keep fit. It is really good for children’s health. They can also meet many new people
and make a lot of friends. Secondly, parents should not allow children to use
smartphones too much. Children should be encouraged to read books, listen to music
and dance instead of using smartphones. Children can discover their trengths,
weaknesses and interests.
